Introduction

Saral IMS is an institute management software owned and operated by Skybase Innovations Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Skybase"). These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the Saral IMS software (the "Software"). By using the Software, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

Access to the Software

Skybase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Software for the purpose of managing your institute. This license is subject to the terms and conditions of these Terms.

Skybase reserves the right to modify the Software and these Terms at any time, without notice. Your continued use of the Software after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Skybase makes no representations or warranties that the Software will meet your needs or be error-free.

Limitation of Liability

Skybase will not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Software, including but not limited to any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
